The inhabitants of the remote Calderon Valley live in unity with nature. Through the furies they summon, they draw strength from its elements – air, fire, water or wood – and with their help cope with the difficulties of life on farms … everyone except Tavi. Although he has reached old age, he has not yet discovered a single fury.
